In this new series, Caroline uses her own NDE experiences, her ability to perceive subtle energy with clarity and years of energy work and practice to describe the process of physical transition - what people call "death". She will share her insight on how we choose the timing of our transition, the way to transition, where we go and how we communicate once in spirit form.
