In this segment, we will discuss if the physical transition's timing and circumstances should be known or remain unknown, if it is necessary to prepare and if so, how. We will do an experiential guided meditation to have a clear vision of our own path and transition timing. We will also discuss how to assist those who are at the point of transitioning and those dealing with grief.
